Stephanie Zaragoza has been a Property Manager for 10 years in Davis, CA. She finds joy in helping people lease their new apartment homes and especially loves move-in day—seeing the happiness on residents’ faces when she hands over the keys. Stephanie is committed to making residents a priority and building a welcoming, memory-filled community at The Trees Apartments.

With extensive experience in property management, she strives to make The Trees a place residents want to call home for years to come. Outside of work, Stephanie is married with three multisport-athlete children and two dogs. She often jokes that she doubles as an Uber driver for her busy family.

Rickey Wynn has been working in Property Management Maintenance for 10 years in Davis, CA. He enjoys problem-solving and has developed a solid foundation in the trade. Joining The Trees team has been a valuable opportunity, allowing him to align with the company’s core values and mission as he continues to grow in his career. On weekends, Rickey enjoys spending time with his family, creating lasting memories with his two children, and watching his son play ball.

Modesto Garcia has been working in Property Management Maintenance at The Trees Apartments for 20 years and brings a total of 42 years of experience in the Davis community. He values the fact that every day offers a new opportunity to learn and grow. Modesto takes great pride in prioritizing the needs of residents and ensuring they enjoy a well-maintained home at The Trees Apartments.

He is especially grateful for the relationships he has built within the community over the years. Outside of work, Modesto enjoys spending time with friends and family. Sports are a big part of his life, and he loves gathering to BBQ, cook, and share laughs with his loved ones.

Angel Casas Hernandez has been the Landscaper at The Trees Apartments for 20 years. He takes great pride in his work and feels a deep sense of satisfaction when residents compliment the beauty of the property. Over the years, Angel has gained valuable knowledge and experience that continues to shape his passion for landscaping.

He enjoys the camaraderie within the team and sees each day at work as a meaningful and rewarding experience. On weekends, Angel loves taking his wife to lunch in Old Sacramento, shopping, BBQing for her, and watching soccer.
