Location
The Trees is conveniently located only 2.8 miles from the UC Davis campus. It’s a very peaceful location combining the quiet feel of the country and proximity to walking and biking trails with the luxury of being less than 2 miles from Trader Joes!
Staff
Our professional and friendly staff is always ready to help! We are very fortunate at The Trees to have several of our employees on-site to address any issues that may arise. Our 24-hour maintenance staff is always ready to come to the rescue. Our staff is experienced and knowledgeable, and they love the Davis community! Feel free to reach out to them anytime.
Community
Calling The Trees home has some perks! Throughout the year we do lots of fun things like popcorn Thursdays, Kona Ice days, special breakfasts to fuel up for finals week, and many more! Our manager is great at creating fun giveaways and contests so be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook to keep up with all the happenings at The Trees!

We know how important school is to your student, that’s why they’re here! We offer free Wi-Fi in all apartments! We also have wireless printers in our study lounge and both of our newly renovated study lounges can be reserved for groups. We are always open to suggestions and want to support our residents on their academic journey any way we can.
